How Enrollments Are Created

Enrollments are created automatically when:
  1. A student completes a purchase (payment verified)
  2. An admin manually enrolls a student
  3. A bundle/program purchase expands into individual course enrollments

Enrollment Statuses

StatusDescription
ActiveStudent can access course content
CompletedStudent finished all lessons (100% progress)
ExpiredEnrollment period has ended
CancelledEnrollment was cancelled by admin

Managing Enrollments

  1. Go to Admin → Enrollments
  2. The table shows student name, enrolled item, status, progress, and date
  3. Click the student name to go to their profile
  4. Click the enrolled item to go to the course/bundle/program edit page

Changing Status

Use the row dropdown → Change Status to update an enrollment’s status.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple enrollments and use Cancel to cancel them in bulk.
