Step 1: Create a Category

  1. Go to Admin → Categories
  2. Click Create Category
  3. Enter a name (e.g., “Homeopathy Fundamentals”) and slug
  4. Set as Active and save

Step 2: Create a Course

  1. Go to Admin → Courses → Create Course
  2. Fill in the basic details:
    • Title: Your course name
    • Slug: URL-friendly identifier (auto-generated or custom)
    • Category: Select the category you created
    • Price: Set the course price
    • Description: Use the rich text editor for a detailed description
  3. Click Create Course

Step 3: Build the Curriculum

  1. From the course list, click the course title (or use the dropdown menu → Curriculum)
  2. Click Add Module to create sections (e.g., “Week 1: Introduction”)
  3. Within each module, click Add Lesson to add content:
    • Video — Enter a Vimeo video ID
    • Text — Use the rich text editor
    • Document — Upload a PDF or document URL
    • Webinar — Link a BigWebinar session
  4. Drag modules and lessons to reorder them

Step 4: Add a Quiz (Optional)

  1. Go to Admin → Quizzes
  2. Click Create Quiz
  3. Select whether it’s for a specific course or module
  4. Add questions (multiple choice, true/false, short answer)
  5. Set pass percentage and max attempts

Step 5: Set Up Pricing

  1. The base price is set in course settings
  2. For regional pricing, use the globe icon next to the course in the list
  3. Configure different prices for different countries

Step 6: Publish

  1. Go back to Admin → Courses
  2. Use the dropdown menu → Publish (or bulk-select and click Publish)
  3. Your course is now live on the student-facing catalog!
