What are Organizations?
Organizations represent institutional accounts (schools, clinics, companies) that purchase course access for their members in bulk.Creating an Organization
- Go to Admin → Organizations → Create
- Fill in:
- Name — Organization name
- Slug — URL identifier
- Contact Email — Primary contact
- Contact Phone — Phone number
- Country — Organization’s country
- Currency — Preferred currency
- Discount Percent — Discount applied to all member purchases (0-100%)
- Billing Address — For invoicing
Organization Features
- Member Management — Add/remove members by email
- Seat Limits — Control maximum number of users
- Automatic Discounts — All members receive the configured discount
- Activity Tracking — Monitor member enrollments and progress
