Leads Management

  1. Go to Admin → CRM
  2. The leads tab shows all leads with their status, source, and tags

Lead Actions

  • Search — Filter leads by email or name
  • Status Change — Update lead status via dropdown
  • Tags — Add/remove tags for segmentation
  • View Profile — Navigate to the user’s full profile

Tags & Segmentation

Tags help you segment your audience:
  1. Go to the Tags tab in CRM
  2. Create tags (e.g., “Interested in Materia Medica”, “VIP”, “Webinar Attendee”)
  3. Assign tags to users from their profile or the leads table
  4. Use tags to filter and target specific groups

Best Practices

  • Tag webinar attendees for follow-up campaigns
  • Track lead sources to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Use status workflows: New → Contacted → Qualified → Converted
