Overview

Live sessions allow you to conduct real-time webinars, workshops, and interactive classes integrated with your courses.

Creating a Session

  1. Go to Admin → Live Sessions
  2. Click Create Session
  3. Configure:
    • Title — Session name
    • Provider — BigWebinar (recommended), Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
    • Date/Time — Scheduled start time with timezone
    • Duration — Expected length
    • Capacity — Maximum attendees (optional)
    • Course — Link to a specific course (optional)

Session Lifecycle

After a Session

  • Add recordings for students who missed the live event
  • Optionally auto-create a lesson from the recording
