Overview
Live sessions allow you to conduct real-time webinars, workshops, and interactive classes integrated with your courses.Creating a Session
- Go to Admin → Live Sessions
- Click Create Session
- Configure:
- Title — Session name
- Provider — BigWebinar (recommended), Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Date/Time — Scheduled start time with timezone
- Duration — Expected length
- Capacity — Maximum attendees (optional)
- Course — Link to a specific course (optional)
Session Lifecycle
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Upcoming session |
| Live | Currently in progress |
| Completed | Session has ended |
| Cancelled | Session was cancelled |
After a Session
- Add recordings for students who missed the live event
- Optionally auto-create a lesson from the recording
