Creating a Course
- Navigate to Admin → Courses → Create Course
- Fill in the required fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Course name displayed to students |
| Slug | URL-friendly identifier (lowercase, hyphens only) |
| Category | Organize under a category for browsing |
| Price | Base price in your default currency |
| Difficulty | Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced |
| Description | Rich text description (supports formatting, images, videos) |
| Short Description | Brief subtitle for course cards (max 300 chars) |
- Optional settings:
- Published — Make visible to students
- Featured — Highlight on the homepage
- CPD Approved — Mark as CPD-accredited with credit hours
- Drip Enabled — Enable scheduled module release
Editing a Course
Click the course title in the admin table to go directly to the edit page. All fields can be updated.Course Curriculum
After creating a course, build its curriculum:- Click the course title → or use dropdown → Curriculum
- Add Modules — Create sections/chapters
- Add Lessons within each module — Choose content type:
- Video — Vimeo video embed
- Text — Rich text content (Tiptap editor)
- Document — PDF or downloadable file
- Webinar — BigWebinar live session
- SCORM — SCORM-compliant learning package
- Drag & drop to reorder modules and lessons

Set different prices for different countries using the globe icon next to each course in the table. See Geo-Based Pricing for details.Bulk Operations
Select multiple courses using checkboxes, then:- Publish or Unpublish in bulk
- Delete multiple courses at once
